Relax in the treetops at Brae Villa with your family, friends and furry friends. It is located in Smiths Lake Village on the lakefront. You'll love the homes location, huge living areas, spacious veranda's and private rocky foreshore access to the lake for fishing or kayaking.Brae Villa has everything you may need during your holiday.
You will have a huge fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, dining room, living room, enormous main bedroom upstairs, 4 generous bedrooms downstairs and another bed in the TV room, modern bathrooms on each level and 2 huge verandas.
The home is fully equipped, linen and towels are provided and your pets are welcome.
You are right on the lake and water views are exceptional.The access to Brae Villa is quite steep, please keep in mind when booking, refer to our photos. Contact our host Alexandra if you need to address this further.

Alexandra, your host will be in touch with you before your stay. She will meet you on arrival, show you around, give you the keys and answer all your questions. If she is not available, keys will be left for you in a key security box, details given prior to your stay.WEEKEND PACKAGES

Brae Villa accommodates a maximum of 10 GUESTS. Children 2 years and older are considered guests and need to be included in this total number. Babies under 2years are not included - a maximum of 2 babies and 2 pets are welcome.

Please note: There is an extra guest fee over 8 guests as the bed in the 2nd tv room is set up (fold down double bed).
