Dudley's is a four bedroom home that celebrates relaxed Australian beach living, with original character, thoughtful spaces and an incredible connection to the coast. From its elevated position, Dudley’s takes in sweeping views stretching north to south across Boomerang Beach, creating a spectacular backdrop from morning coffee through to sunset drinks.
With a private staircase leading down to the one way street and beach access beyond. Spend the morning surfing and swimming, wander home barefoot, rinse off under the outdoor hot shower and settle in for a long lunch on the deck.
Inside Dudley’s
The home comfortably sleeps families and groups across four bedrooms, one king, two queen bedrooms and two sets of bunks/media retreat.
Upstairs, the master king bedroom enjoys the home's elevated position and includes an ensuite with shower and basin. The ensuite does not include a toilet.
The second bedroom features a queen bed with a beautiful ocean outlook, while the third queen bedroom enjoys a unique architectural connection to the main living spaces, with a void opening onto the living area below.
Downstairs, the fourth bedroom is designed as a fun bunk and media retreat, complete with two sets of bunks and a Smart TV — the perfect space for kids to escape to after a day at the beach.
The main bathroom is located downstairs and features a generous shower and double basin. A separate WC provides added convenience, while a separate laundry is also located downstairs.
The main living areas are relaxed and welcoming, designed to bring the outside in and make the most of the spectacular coastal setting.
The great outdoors
The real heart of Dudley’s is its incredible outdoor entertaining area.
Gather around the fire pit as the sun goes down, cook dinner on the BBQ, share long lunches around the outdoor dining table or simply settle back and take in the ever changing view of Boomerang Beach.
There is a generous grassed area for games and relaxing and plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
And yes — Dudley’s is pet friendly, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the beach holiday too.
